Senior Associate Owen Howlett will be participating in a panel discussion at The Future of Real Estate Technology conference hosted by The Virginia Commonwealth University School of Business. He will discuss the integration of smart building technology throughout CoStar Group’s new corporate campus in Richmond, Virginia.
Associate Principal Michael Hensley will join team members from Hines and DLR Group to discuss the opportunities and challenges of building a hybrid timber office building. Its facade features a brick and wood aesthetic that fits perfectly into Denver’s post-industrial development. They will also focus on the pursuit of LEED Gold and WELL Certification, and the forward thinking opportunities of the T3 Program at large.
Principal Anthony Markese and Associate Principal Michael Hensley will be presenting at the Advancing Mass Timber Construction Conference in Boston, Massachusetts. Markese will participate in a conversation on the topic of "Discussing When to Bring in Various Partners During Design Assist to Optimize Design Decision Making." and Hensley will discuss "Exploring the Future of Mass Timber in the Construction Industry."
Pickard Chilton Associate Adrienne Nelson will participate in the discussion hosted virtually by AIA Seattle. This will be a lively Pecha Kucha style event focused on the value of architectural services and the role of the architect in the future.
