Sited on a prominent corner in Dallas, Knox & McKinney, a boutique office and luxury retail building, recently broke ground. Rising 12 stories, the Class AA tower will offer 280,000 square feet of premier office space alongside 20,000 square feet of curated ground floor retail and dining.

Thoughtfully crafted for contemporary tenants, Knox & McKinney will feature a suite of hospitality-inspired amenities, including a high-end fitness center, a tenant lounge and private bar, multiple terraces for indoor-outdoor workstyles, and a state-of-the-art conference and boardroom facility. The building’s high-performance enclosure features natural stone accents and large insulated glass units with sweeping curved corners, offering panoramic dramatic views across the Knox district and back to downtown Dallas.

The project delivers the quality, design, and environment sought by best-in-class tenants. Anchor tenant Jones Day, one of the world’s largest and most respected law firms, recently signed a lease for 76,000 square feet.

Contributing to the evolution of Knox Street, Knox & McKinney is ideally situated to contribute to the vitality of the burgeoning neighborhood and the city.
