BELLEVUE, WA – Skanska, a leading global development and construction firm, today announced it has signed a long-term lease for its forthcoming mixed-use development, The Eight. The tenant will lease 526,595 square feet of the building of which 152,309 square feet is parking. A deal of this size makes it the region’s largest office lease in almost three years and the firm’s largest lease in its history.
