24th at Camelback II
24th at Camelback II is the second phase of a large, mixed-use project by Pickard Chilton comprising an office building with ground-floor retail and a separate parking structure for over a thousand cars. It occupies the southwest corner of 24th Street and Camelback Road, one of the most dynamic corners in Phoenix’s Biltmore area.
At 11 stories, 24th at Camelback II provides tenants with sweeping views of Piestewa Peak and Camelback Mountain. Designed to complement Phase I, completed in 2000, Phase II features sweeping horizontal reflective glass planes, powerful geometry, and meticulous architectural detailing. A lush garden area landscaped with native plants and materials is centrally located at the heart of the project. 24th at Camelback II is the first LEED-EB Platinum multi-tenant office building in Arizona.
