Encompassing a full city block in downtown San Francisco between Market and Mission Street, the PG&E site comprises development components that include the 200 Mission office tower redevelopment, historic complex renovation and new 1.25-acre park to complete Hines’ vision. Upon completion, the reimagined projects will breathe new life into the entire transit-oriented block.

ExxonMobil Office Complex is a 385-acre wooded site that brings together 10,000 employees from across a variety of locations in both greater Houston and nationally.

Master planned on a 20-acre site on the South Side of downtown Dallas, Newpark Dallas has been envisioned as a transformative and sustainable mixed-use development that will imbue in the heart of Dallas a renewed vitality and a collection of welcoming pedestrian-oriented spaces. 

Pickard Chilton was asked to provide a 50-year plan for the district as a backdrop for the development of a large commercial and corporate development and a mixed-use development.

The Pickard Chilton-led team was selected to master plan and design an urban development at Plieninger Straße 140 in Stuttgart

Straße 140 Development is a three-phase master plan design with 125,000 m2 of above-ground gross floor area across six high-performance buildings.

The Rosslyn Plaza master plan envisions the development of a mixed-use complex comprising three new office towers and two residential towers.

The goal of the master plan of its Town Center District was to study and define a low, medium and high-density development program within the context of the District
