The Petronas Towers: Purpose, Place and Technology

Jon Pickard delivered a lecture to the American Society of Civil Engineers Convention entitled, "The Petronas Towers: Purpose, Place and Technology." Prior to the founding of Pickard Chilton, Jon Pickard was a Senior Associate at Cesar Pelli & Associates and collaborated with Cesar Pelli in the design of the Petronas Towers. The Petronas Towers were recognized as the tallest buildings in the world in 1996. The buildings serve as a continued symbol of Kuala Lumpur and Malaysia.
