4600 South Syracuse is the first of a planned two-building complex within the Denver Technology Center and serves as the corporate headquarters for Tanning Technologies.

Associate Principal Michael Hensley will join team members from Hines and DLR Group to discuss the opportunities and challenges of building a hybrid timber office building. Its facade features a brick and wood aesthetic that fits perfectly into Denver’s post-industrial development. They will also focus on the pursuit of LEED Gold and WELL Certification, and the forward thinking opportunities of the T3 Program at large.

The Mark Outman, FAIA Memorial Lecture

The Mark Outman, FAIA Memorial Lecture Series will be presented by the University of Colorado Denver, College of Architecture and Planning. This inaugural lecture, Designing Relationships, will be delivered by Jon Pickard, founder of Pickard Chilton, an esteemed mentor and colleague of Mark Outman and will be hosted by The Denver Art Museum.
