Yen-Ming Lee

Associate

Yenming Lee is a designer with expertise in designing and coordinating all phases of design and construction services. He has held key design roles in design and collaborated on numerous large-scale, international mixed-use, hospitality, residential, corporate, and commercial developments.

Mr. Lee most recently served as Designer for the 13-hectare / 32-acre Takanaway Gateway City, currently under construction in Tokyo, Japan. In Düsseldorf, Germany, he played a key design role in Le Coeur, a +42,000 m² commercial office and retail space with the highest standard in the central business district. He is also a Designer for the Plieninger Straße 140 development in Stuttgart, Germany, a seven-building mixed-use development. Additional project experience includes the Next Generation Workplace in Amsterdam, The Netherlands; CoStar Group’s corporate campus in Richmond, Virginia; the Remscheid Designer Outlet Centre in Remscheid, Germany; the W Atlanta-Downtown in Atlanta, Georgia; and ExxonMobil Global Campus, BG Group Place, and BHP’s headquarters, all in Houston, Texas.

Mr. Lee's journey has been influenced by a rich blend of cultural experiences and global perspectives, having studied and lived in Taiwan and Singapore before moving to the United States. Deeply rooted in Asian culture, he brings a thoughtful balance of tradition and modernity to his work. His design approach has been further enhanced through various international projects, where he has played a key role in design, bridging ideas across continents and fostering meaningful cross-cultural collaboration.

Mr. Lee received from the University of Minnesota both his Bachelor of Design in Architecture and his Master of Architecture as an integrated accelerated degree. He is currently an active associate member of AIA Connecticut.
