The Linkpillar 1 is two central 30-story, mixed-use towers of the Phase 1 of the Takanawa Gateway City multi-phase development. The Linkpillar 1 sits atop a 7-story podium offering direct connectivity to Takanawa Gateway Station.

Takanawa Gateway City represents the sustainable transit-oriented redevelopment of a railyard near Shinagawa Station to deliver a vibrant and unparalleled public realm. Its Shintokaido, the elevated main pedestrian pathway, links six independent blocks to create a new pedestrian-focused city.
