Pickard Chilton Enhances Executive Structure and Growth Platform with Recognition of 29 Team Members

Pickard Chilton, an award-winning architecture studio best known for its innovative and cutting-edge design of corporate headquarters and high-performance office towers, announces the elevation of 29 design professionals to senior roles, further establishing the firm’s leadership. Principals Jon Pickard, William Chilton and Anthony Markese acknowledge the dedication of the firm’s core staff, especially over the last two years, and this move creates new opportunities for growth and participation in Pickard Chilton’s success.

These promotions reflect an investment in the staff and future of the studio. Eight employees have been elevated to associate principal, including David Brown, Nancy Clayton, Stephen Harris, Michael Hensley, Seung Hwan Namgoong, Adrienne Nelson, Rodney Nelson, Benjamin Simmons, four to senior associate, and 17 to the associate level.

Pickard Chilton’s growth has continued even throughout the pandemic, taking on a range of innovative projects. The firmrecentlycompleted4.4 million GSF of new mixed-use/office space across the U.S. and is currently working on over 5 million GSF and nearly $2 billion of new projects in the past year, including200 Mission and thePG&E Campus redevelopment in San Francisco, the CoStar Campus in Richmond, and a diversity of mass timber and life sciences developments. The elevation of 29 of its design professionals and staff is a testament to the firm’s ongoing success and evolution, particularly as Pickard Chilton celebrates its 25th anniversary.
