Pickard Chilton, an award-winning architecture studio best known for its innovative and cutting-edge design of corporate headquarters and high performance office towers, announces the elevation of 29 design professionals to senior roles, further establishing the firm's leadership. Principals Jon Pickard, William Chilton and Anthony Markese acknowledge the dedication of the firm’s core staff, especially over the last two years, and this move creates new opportunities for growth and participation in Pickard Chilton’s success.
These promotions reflect an investment in the staff and future of the studio. Eight employees have been elevated to associate principal, including David Brown, Nancy Clayton, Stephen Harris, Michael Hensley, Seung Hwan Namgoong, Adrienne Nelson, Rodney Nelson, Benjamin Simmons, four to senior associate, and 17 to the associate level.
Pickard Chilton's growth has continued even throughout the pandemic, taking on a range of innovative projects. The firm recently completed 4.4 million GSF of new mixed-use/office space across the U.S. and is currently working on over 5 million GSF and nearly $2 billion of new projects in the past year, including 200 Mission and the PG&E Campus redevelopment in San Francisco, the CoStar Campus in Richmond, and a diversity of mass timber and life sciences developments. The elevation of 29 of its design professionals and staff is a testament to the firm's ongoing success and evolution, particularly as Pickard Chilton celebrates its 25th anniversary.
“Pickard Chilton’s consistent growth and success would not have been possible without the efforts of this group of talented and exceptional professionals,” said Jon Pickard FAIA, RIBA, principal of Pickard Chilton.
“They share in the firm’s core values and have sustained the firm’s reputation for and commitment to design excellence and client service,” added principal William D. Chilton.
“We are proud to acknowledge and celebrate the firm's momentum and our team's achievements to date,” said principal Anthony Markese FAIA, RIBA, LEED AP.
