Benjamin Simmons

Ben Simmons has been responsible for coordinating all phases of design and construction on some of Pickard Chilton’s highest-profile projects.  He is currently directing the PG&E/Matson project in San Francisco, and the 415/20th Street high-rise office tower in Oakland, California.

Most recently, he directed Eaton House, the corporate headquarters for the Eaton Corporation in Dublin, Ireland; River Point, a LEED Platinum high-rise in Chicago, Illinois; and the 900 Marquette office tower in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  Mr. Simmons has been a key design team leader for Eaton Center in Beachwood, Ohio; Eighth Avenue Place in Calgary, Alberta; 300 North LaSalle in Chicago, Illinois; 1180 Peachtree in Atlanta, Georgia; The Atrium tower in Dubai, UAE; and Kingdom Tower in Jeddah, Saudia Arabia.

Mr. Simmons is a licensed architect and a Chartered Member of RIBA with a Bachelor of Architecture from Oklahoma State University.  He is actively engaged in studio outreach, business development and studio mentorship.
