Mona Mirzaie
Mona Mirzaie is an architect with expertise in the design and coordination of complex, large-scale projects across national and international contexts. She brings a global perspective and crafts practical, design-driven solutions that address each project’s unique challenges.
Ms. Mirzaie’s contributions span numerous large-scale mixed-use, corporate, and commercial developments, including design leadership on the enclosure of Plieninger Strasse 140, a 1.3-million-square-foot mixed-use development in Stuttgart, Germany. She also managed the design and delivery of a component of CoStar Group’s new corporate campus in Richmond, Virginia, and contributed to major projects such as Sherwin-Williams’ new headquarters and Le Cœur, a 450,000-square-foot mixed-use development in Düsseldorf’s central business district. Her most recent work includes serving as Design Lead for a confidential design competition in South Korea.
Before joining Pickard Chilton, Ms. Mirzaie gained five years of professional experience in the architecture industry, including a key role in establishing an architecture firm in the United Kingdom, where she contributed to business development and early operations.
Ms. Mirzaie earned her Master of Architecture degree from The Pennsylvania State University, where she received the Graham Endowed Award and conducted research on composite materials in collaboration with the Department of Industrial Engineering.
