David Brown
David Brown is an accomplished architect specializing in high-performance corporate, commercial, residential, and master planning projects across the U.S. and globally. He delivers visionary, sustainable environments that align with strategic goals, elevate brand identity, and enhance user experience.
Mr. Brown currently serves as Project Designer for a confidential commercial tower in Virginia, with recent design leadership on Sherwin-Williams’ new global headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio. His additional experience includes continued collaboration with Prologis on an 8-million-square-foot, mixed-use, transit-oriented master plan in San Francisco, California. His previous roles include managing the design and delivery of 145 Broadway, Akamai’s headquarters in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and Amegy Bank’s headquarters in Houston, Texas, demonstrating a consistent record of leading complex corporate and commercial projects in diverse urban environments.
His past experience includes Project Management for the Energy Center of the ExxonMobil campus—an iconic Reception and Training facility that serves as a Gateway to the site. Involved from the project’s inception, he directed the internal Pickard Chilton team and collaborated closely with the Architect of Record to coordinate the broader consultant team. Mr. Brown played a key role in shaping the Energy Center’s design concept and stewarding its development through all phases of design and construction, culminating in a successful completion and occupancy.
Mr. Brown is a licensed architect and LEED Green Associate with a Bachelor of Architecture from Oklahoma State University. He is actively engaged in the firm’s recruitment and mentorship programs, supporting emerging talent while contributing to the advancement of design excellence and practice.
