Our project team approach and studio practice model allow all members to meaningfully participate in and contribute to the design process.

Our studio culture is enriched by the unique skillsets and perspectives each designer brings with them, and successful candidates will have passion and readiness to communicate their ideas graphically, through design, and with effective verbal communication. Pickard Chilton has been named an AIA Emerging Professional Friendly Firm over six consecutive years (2018-2023) and has an intern mentorship and education program that runs in tandem with day-to-day studio work.

Our Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program for Architecture, Urban Design, or related field
  • A strong design sense architecturally and graphically
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
