A design concept for a new Uber Air Skyport imagined by Pickard Chilton,an award-winning architecture studio best known for its innovative and cutting-edge design of corporate headquarters and campuses, and Arup, a global design and consulting firm, was showcased at Uber’s 3rd Elevate Summit on June 12in Washington, D.C., where Uber revealed new designs for its future Skyports.
Pickard Chilton has been selected by developer Boston Properties to design a 16-story, 417,000 gsf office tower at 325 Main Street in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Currently exhibiting at the BSA Space, Balancing Act: Urbanism & Emerging Technologies provides a thoughtful lens to examine the current conditions of our urban environments and the future of emerging technologies in the design and development of cities around the world. The exhibit features a model of Pickard Chilton's Uber Sky Tower and will be open from May 17th through September 29th.
Pickard Chilton announced that it was selected by global real estate firm Hines to master plan and design an urban development at Plieninger Straße 140 in Stuttgart, Germany.
Pickard Chilton has been engaged by Cousins Properties to design the new Atlanta, Georgia headquarters for Norfolk Southern, one of the largest railways in the Eastern United States.
