NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, has selected Pickard Chilton as a winner of the "Office Building of the Future" national design competition.
The Nashville, Tennessee chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) has announced the winners of its Commercial Real Estate Development Awards for 2010. The firm's new Nashville home, The Pinnacle at Symphony Place, designed by Pickard Chilton and developed by Atlanta-based Barry Real Estate Companies, will receive Office Development of the Year.
