Lila Sferlazza

LEED GA | Associate

Lila Sferlazza is an architectural designer with experience designing and coordinating all phases of design and construction services. She has held key roles and collaborated on numerous large-scale, mixed-use, corporate, and commercial developments both nationally and internationally.

Ms. Sferlazza is currently a key designer for a 1.25 million gsf corporate mass timber campus in Menlo Park, California. Recently, she was a designer for 325 Main, Google Cambridge’s next-generation headquarters in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Additional project experience includes the 250 and 290 Binney Street life sciences complex in Cambridge, Massachusetts; The RO mixed-use development in Houston, Texas; and The Eight in downtown Bellevue, Washington.

Ms. Sferlazza received her Bachelor of Architecture from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where she received the Architecture Faculty Award. She was the recipient of the 2021 Pickard Chilton Greenbuild Travel Grant and currently serves as the studio’s Team Lead for the 2023 Architectural Ceramic Assemblies Workshop.
