As Pickard Chilton’s Director of Research, Brigid Abraham fosters a community of learning in the studio through research, education, and thought leadership. With a duality of experience working in both libraries and design firms, Ms. Abraham uniquely combines her education and passion for architectural research. She is an active member of the Pickard Chilton Sustainability and Technology Committees and leads the studio’s annual Summer Education Experience.
Prior to Pickard Chilton, Ms. Abraham worked for the Preservation Department of the New York Public Library. She holds a Master in Library and Information Sciences from Rutgers University and a Bachelor Degree in Architecture from Barnard College. Ms. Abraham is the Chair of the Communications Committee and a member of the Board of Directors for NOMA Connecticut. She is a 2022 Member of the Connecticut Professionals’ Leadership Academy.
