With direct, convenient access to the interstate highway system, two large public garages provide parking within a few minutes walk in addition to parking within the three level tower podium. 350 North Fifth also offers direct access to Light Rail Transit, commuter rail, a public transit center and dedicated bicycle system.

The entry features a richly landscaped promenade to seamlessly integrate with North Fifth Street and the adjacent North Loop Park. Anticipating LEED-CS Gold certification, the tower is clad in a highly efficient curtain wall. Articulating the tower's form, a two-story mid-tower setback offers a terrace that provides access to fresh air as well as commanding views of downtown and the Mississippi River corridor. A graceful backlit glass crown accentuates the tower top and appropriately anchors it in the Minneapolis skyline.
